What You'll Do: Search the best IT talent. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and performance development. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions. Support organizational change and development initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. Contribute to employer branding efforts and internal communication strategies.

Requirements: +6 years of IT Recruitment experience, especially in international contexts. High level of English (C1 or above); Portuguese is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making. Living in Spain with a valid work permit.
