Responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and qualify potential business clients for Google Ads and other Google Products.
* Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored Google Ads and digital solutions.
* Work closely with account managers and sales executives to drive lead conversion.
* Maintain an organized pipeline and track interactions in CRM tools.
* Stay updated on Google's latest digital marketing solutions and industry trends.
Requirements
* Fluent in German (C1 / C2 level) and proficient in English.
* Experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred but not required).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
* Interest in digital marketing and technology.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
