* Collaborate with the programme coordinator to structure two‑week camp schedules and define learning outcomes for parents.
* Implement differentiated teaching strategies to support individual progress.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
* Supervise students during daytime activities, evening programmes and residential routines.
* Be responsible for a dormitory group, holding daily dorm meetings and supporting student wellbeing.
* Ensure students are never left unattended and follow all safety, health and boarding procedures.
* Chaperone students on off‑site excursions, following safety protocols at all times.
* Support first aid and health matters, reporting incidents, illnesses or injuries to the Director, nurse and coordinators.
* Participate in evening activities, pool supervision, meal supervision, wake‑up duties and night monitoring as part of the rota.
* Assist with airport transfers on arrival and departure days.
* Attend all training sessions, safeguarding modules and staff meetings.
* Comply with all school policies, safeguarding procedures and health and safety regulations.
