SIX Securities Services is a world leader in specialized post-trade services for Swiss as well as international clients. This role is part of the COO department of SIX Securities Services. The project manager is responsible for managing projects in an inhouse consulting manner for the financial industry ensuring quality, adhering of budget and on-time delivery by using agile tailor-made methods. Moreover, the job aims at specifying deliverables, managing risks/financial/resources and preparing, aligning and executing project STC decisions.

What You Will Do
- Manage complex and demanding projects, define project approach, set up the project, specifies project phases, scope, deliverables and establishes detailed project documents
- Manage project procedures and method, progress and performance in terms of risks, financials and resources
- Lead, manage and motivate the project team and coordinates the project activities
- Ensure quality and within budget and on-time delivery of the project, ensuring the communication with internal as well as external project stakeholders
- Project monitoring and reporting to project bodies such as STC, project controlling, etc
- Manage project issues and change control and escalates issues where necessary
What You Bring
- University degree in economics, finance or IT
- Good knowledge of the international financial industry and the Securities Services post trading environment
- More than 10 years of experience in managing and successfully delivery complex and demanding project
- Excellent project management skills, agile methods (e.g. SCRUM) and good general management knowledge
- Good IT understanding and experience in project management methods, (e.g. Prince 2). Project Management degree (IPMA / PMP) will be a plus
- High level of proactivity with customer focus, very good analytical skills with a well-structured and result & team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and presentations skills (self-confident & professional appearance) both, written and verbal, in English and Spanish
