Opportunity
Express & exclusive interim management search for an Interim HR Director & Social Relations, to implement a sensitive business & social transformation, develop social relations and ensure HR business continuity.
Location and duration
Interim mission based in the Barcelona area. Mission length: 6 months, extensible upon the situation. Starting date: ASAP / mid January ****.
Responsibilities
* Implement the social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within the Spanish labor laws and HR legal processes.
* Ensure HR business continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase.
* Deploy the new organization to align the country and other European countries with the new business strategy.
* Interim management with a focus on delivering HR leadership and social transformation described in the mission scope.
* Business mobility: within key cities in Spain.
* Direct report at HR Group level; matrix organization with functional relations to Operational & support teams; coordination with external legal advisors.
Profile and qualifications
* Expert in Spanish social & legal relations with proven experience in restructuring.
* Expertise in BtoB sectors such as specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply-chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent.
* Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters; experience with Group and local employee representative bodies.
* Hands-on, execution-driven profile with a strong "doer" mindset.
* Spanish native or fully fluent; fluent business English.
* Agile within complex matrix organisations; pragmatic, reliable and easy to work with.
