Key responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and manage the backlog to create future technology.
- Work with the development team and writes user stories.
- Being the bridge between Developers and product team.
- Work with key stakeholders to receive the right feedback on the product roadmap and features.
- Own, prioritize and communicate the short, medium and long-term release plan of the product.
- Help on communication strategy about products.
- Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment throughout the process with progress reports.
- Analyze and decompose complex requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
- Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts.
Requirements and skills
- Information's and Technology Engineer Degree or related.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with desktop, web and mobile applications.
- Background in Software Development.
- Advanced proficiency in MySQL, Python, DAX, Power BI, and workflow automation. AI/ML is highly desirable.
- Experience in Scrum Methodology and Jira & Confluence.
- Goal-oriented and team player.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual English-Spanish.
- Requirements Analysis and Planning.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
