About the Role
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team for immediate start. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients professionally and warmly
- Managing appointments, calls, emails, and messages
- Handling basic administrative and reception tasks
- Coordinating with the medical team during daily operations
Requirements
- Fluent Swedish and English (mandatory)
- Spanish is a strong plus
- Experience in customer service or reception is preferred
- Friendly attitude, good communication skills, and comfort working with international patients
Working Hours & Conditions
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
- Saturdays: 10:00 – 14:00
- Occasional Sunday work may be required; in such cases, two days off per week are always guaranteed
