What will your day-to-day life be like?
As part of the People, Culture & Talent team, and by developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, you will manage the full UVE Employee Journey, implementing HR initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support managers in defining hiring needs, and ensure that scorecards and final candidates align with business requirements.
* Training & Development: Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals. Support talent growth, engagement, and wellbeing. Provide guidance on performance, learning, career paths, compensation, and employee relations topics.
* Employee Relations: Manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—acting as a trusted liaison between employees and the organization.
* People & Culture Ambassador: Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative initiatives that strengthen our company culture and values.
* Continuous Improvement: Actively support the development of an exceptional employee experience and a great place to work.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine interest in developing your career in HR within the tech industry.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex people-related situations.
* Capable of balancing strategic partnership-building with hands-on execution.
* Self-driven, proactive, and organized, with solid project management skills.
* Excellent communication abilities.
* Curious, innovative mindset — not afraid to “think outside the box.”
* Fluency in both Spanish and English is required (certificates not required, but strong communication is essential).
