Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We're looking for a Travel Booking Agent who is fluent in Danish to join our team in sunny Málaga, Spain!
What You'll Do :
* Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring each customer interaction results in a positive experience.
* Handle customer and partner inquiries globally via email, messages, and phone calls, including tasks like updating contact information, managing invoice collections, handling refunds, and booking information.
* Conduct detailed discovery to quickly understand the customers' needs and take ownership of the issue.
* Research, analyze, and assess situations to provide accurate solutions using available tools and resources.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues.
* Strive for first-call resolution and ensure thorough follow-up on unresolved cases to eliminate the need for callbacks.
* Deliver a seamless and efficient experience by actively listening, discovering solutions, and appropriately closing each interaction.
* Uphold empathy, understanding, and excellent listening skills as key values when representing the clients' brand.
What We're Looking For :
* Native/fluent in Danish (spoken and written).
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Customer service experience in the travel industry is a plus.
* Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with computer technology and devices.
* Motivated and positive individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong multitasking, keyboarding, and active listening skills.
* Skillful paraphrasing of conversations with outstanding communication skills.
* Ability to find solutions following written procedures and guidelines.
* Effective in defusing angry customers through social and customer skills.
* Ability to work in shift rotation: Monday to Sunday, 08 AM - 07 PM (39 hours a week).
