You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solutions and take part in digital transformation.Your key responsibilities
Develop strong working relationships with clients.Constantly monitor project progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.Apply an application and solution-based approach to problem solving during client engagements and document working papers.Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for improvements based on the client’s business process and industry best practices.Mentor and coach junior team members to help them meet performance goals and grow their careers.Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans, and activities of the firm.Skills and attributes for success

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or similar3-6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Analytics in Internal Audit, Internal Controls and Compliance, SOX, ERM, TPRM, ESG Reporting, IT General ControlsExceptional command of spoken and written English (C1)Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Italian and/or German and/or FrenchHigh proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, data analysis, and validationPreferred qualities
