We are currently seeking a CUSTOMER CARE (INTERNAL SALES) TEAM LEADER (H / M) to join our EMEA team. This role is responsible for EMEA spare parts internal sales and acts as the primary contact for Otis front lines, responding to inquiries and quotations from the field.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute transfer price management
* Establish and manage a streamlined sales support team to assist EMEA frontlines, providing leadership, planning, and management aligned with the objectives of the EMEA spare parts center.
* Handle sales support activities including quotations, inquiry responses, scheduling, and tracking.
* Collaborate with Field, SCM, and DT to create and streamline the spare parts ordering digital process.
* Be responsible for spare parts performance before booking
* Achieve key metrics such as customer satisfaction, annual billing targets, response times, and work efficiency.
* Foster a customer-centric culture within the team and influence other functions by clearly communicating customer expectations.
Role-specific Skills & Competencies
* Degree in Engineering or Business.
* Proficient in both written and spoken English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
* Minimum of 10 years proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of service operations.
* Strong change management skills, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment and anticipating system-wide impacts of adjustments.
* Strategic thinker with innovation skills and a proactive approach, able to develop strategic plans aligned with business needs.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
