Position: Software Engineer

Commitment: 15–25 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours/week

Responsibilities
* Review model-generated code trajectories on real-world software engineering tasks
* Reconstruct and document the step-by-step technical reasoning behind solutions
* Annotate decision points, debugging approaches, and problem-solving strategies
* Use full task context (codebases, issue descriptions, and test cases) to infer realistic developer workflows
* Ensure all annotations are technically accurate and reflect best engineering practices
* Contribute to the development of high-quality training datasets that improve AI model reasoning and performance
Qualifications
Required
* 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with hands-on debugging and problem-solving in real codebases
* Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
* Experience with version control systems and collaborative workflows (Git, pull requests, issue tracking)
* Ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly in structured written form
* High attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy
