The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.
This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance effectively and develop analytical models that facilitate decision-making. The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside the team to ensure successful delivery.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.
* Establish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track retail performance across different management levels.
* Lead specific projects or initiatives impacting the retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to implementation and tracking.
* Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making, offering recommendations in appropriate forums.
* Collaborate with regional retail sales teams to analyze performance related to initiatives and develop action plans.
* Conduct detailed analyses involving large data sets and feedback from regional teams.
* Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decisions on incentives, sizing, and organization.
* Build trust and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a strong network within the business.
* Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate and ensure consistency of data related to initiatives.

Candidate Profile
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills; able to interpret, summarize and present complex data clearly.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, influencing decision-making.
* Methodical, organized, and results-oriented.
* Proactive, dynamic, with a hands-on mentality.
* Ability to build strong relationships, create networks, and influence.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* SQL skills and experience with Tableau are highly valued but not required.
* Experience in data analysis, modeling, and the accommodation intermediation business is valued but not required.
