 
        
        Head of Marketing 
 Please be aware that this is a full-time freelance position for a Head of Marketing that requires someone home-based living in Spain who speaks fluent English and fluent Spanish. 
 They’re now looking for a driven and creative Head of Marketing to lead and shape their multi-market strategy – someone who can balance high-level thinking with hands-on delivery. 
 This is a high-impact, remote Head of Marketing role where you’ll lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, experiential, and events, supported by a talented internal team and a trusted network of agency partners. You’ll also play a key role in delivering two major industry events each year, coordinating all moving parts to ensure a polished, professional experience that truly reflects the organisation’s brand and values. 
 Designing and executing strategic marketing plans across multiple European markets 
 Overseeing experiential activations in both winter and summer seasons to grow brand presence 
 Managing a team, including a Brand Manager and social media leads 
 Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency 
 Reporting on campaign performance and applying insights to optimise future strategy 
 Native-level English is essential; Spanish is a strong advantage 
 Extensive experience in international marketing; Confident using online platforms including Trello, Canva, Hubspot, Bitly, and EventTwo 
 Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy
