Season Membership Retention Manager | Full-Time | Santander Arena
The Season Membership Retention Manager is responsible for managing Season Membership accounts, renewing plans, developing Member benefits, and delivering outstanding Member experience.
This role pays a yearly salary of $45,000 and is commission eligible.

This position will remain open until March 13, 2026.
* Manage a dedicated list of Season Members and serve as their primary point of contact.
* Meet or exceed renewal, retention, and upsell goals.
* Maintain organized notes, pipelines, and follow-ups for all accounts.
* Develop and execute Season Membership benefits, events, and Member touchpoints.
* Support game night operations by visiting Members, resolving issues, and assisting with Member-only experiences.
* Collaborate with the ticket sales team and Director of Ticketing on renewal timelines, pricing, and program improvements.
* Work with marketing to create targeted campaigns for renewal and engagement.
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional seats, upgrades, group outings, and suites.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Work Reading Royals events and home games as assigned.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of ticketing or customer service experience preferred.
* Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Highly motivated, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and strong problem-solving ability.
* Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* Coachable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
* Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
* Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Monday CRM, Ticketmaster Archtics, or similar).
