We are supporting a growing international company developing innovative diagnostic and analytical solutions used in regulated environments. As part of their expansion, they are looking to hire an Account Manager to develop business across Spain and Arabic-speaking markets.
This is an international, distributor-focused role combining commercial responsibility with a technical dimension, ideal for someone with a scientific background who enjoys working closely with partners and customers in the field.
What you will be doingManaging and developing distributor networks across Spain and Arabic-speaking marketsSupporting partners with product training, onboarding and customer engagementTravelling regularly to meet distributors and end customersDriving sales growth through pipeline development and market expansionMonitoring partner performance and identifying areas for improvementSupporting customers with first-level technical discussions and product understandingCollaborating with internal teams to support market and customer needs
What we are looking for2–5 years of experience in sales or account managementExperience working with international markets or distributor-based salesBackground in diagnostics, laboratory, medical devices or scientific productsBachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.G. biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar) or equivalent experienceFluent xpzdshu Spanish and Arabic (both required), with good EnglishStrong communication skills and ability to work across culturesHands-on, proactive mindset with willingness to travel (around 50%)
