About the Company - Catalyx Partners is a newborn Company, aiming to expand its portfolio of ventures through M&A;, strongly supported from the solid international group Strasshill Holdings Limited, which counts more than 160 professionals worldwide and one of the biggest players in the classified ads sector.
About the Role - Today, we want to transform newly acquired ventures into category-defining market leaders by architecting scalable, data-driven growth systems. We are looking for someone who crucially helps us in performing this challenging project by scaling our digital products, acting as "Growth Specialist", based in Valencia (hybrid model).
You will be responsible for getting our products in front of the right people and keeping them engaged.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth campaigns from scratch for our digital products.
- Run and optimize performance marketing ads.
- Manage and grow our social media presence.
- Track data, analyze metrics, and pivot strategies based on what drives user acquisition and retention.
- Defines product features aligned with commercial objectives and is empowered to deliver the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 2/3 years of experience in growth, performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work with an international and remote team.
- Strong grasp of modern growth techniques and social media algorithms.
- Capability of drafting and/or creating your own high-quality visual assets (Figma, Canva, Photoshop) for campaigns.
- A genuine understanding of communities to ensure marketing resonates authentically with our users.
- Proficiency in English is required.
