The role
We’re on the hunt for a data-driven, hands-on Head of Paid Search to take our global SEM strategy to the next level. If you’re passionate about scaling performance marketing in a high-growth environment and have deep experience running Google Ads in complex, multi-market setups, this could be your next big move.
Reporting directly to our CMO, you'll play a key leadership role in our marketing org, working cross-functionally with teams like Supply, SEO, Content, and Product to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation across paid search.
What you’ll do
* Lead our PPC team: Set ambitious but clear goals, coach through regular 1:1s, and run structured performance reviews to support both impact and growth.
* Build scalable systems: Create workflows, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing rituals (post-mortems, lunch & learns, etc.) to drive consistent execution across markets and verticals.
* Test, learn, repeat: Lead a culture of continuous experimentation, on bidding strategies, landing pages, audiences, creatives, and more to unlock ROI at scale.
* Own performance analysis: Run deep-dive ROAS, ROI, and conversion analyses to guide optimization and feed automation and product recommendations.
* Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Supply, Content, SEO, and Engineering to optimize data feeds and streamline SEM pipelines across our product catalog.
What we’re looking for
* Excellent communication skills in English. Bonus if you also speak Spanish, French, or Italian.
* 5+ years in paid search, with a proven track record scaling complex campaigns, ideally in multi-language, multi-product environments.
* Strong people leadership experience with a coaching mindset and a track record of building high-performing teams.
* Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and paid search automation. Familiarity with Performance Max and Travel Ads (TTD) is a big plus.
* Comfortable in spreadsheets, whether it’s Excel or Google Sheets when analyzing campaign performance or modeling ROI.
* Experience working in or with global OTAs or eCommerce platforms is highly desirable.
* A collaborative, start-up mindset. You’re proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
