✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* 4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Owner (PO) with a background in banking.
* Strong proficiency in Stakeholder Management and working with Scrum methodologies.
* Experience in Product Design and collaborating closely with design teams.
* Solid knowledge of backend development and version control tools such as Git .
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Gather, analyze, and define product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
* • Write and prioritize clear, actionable user stories
* • Own the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives
* • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product increments
* • Participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives)
* • Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining product quality
* • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile product ownership
