The Partoo Sales EcosystemPartoo's Sales team is structured into three Enterprise Scopes, each adapted to the size and complexity of our clients:SME (Small & Medium Enterprise)Manage accounts with ***** locations.
Sales cycles: 3–6 months.
Average ARR: €9K–€12K.Mid-MarketHandle accounts with ****** locations.
Sales cycles: 4–6 months.
Average ARR: €12K–€21K.Key AccountLead complex sales cycles with clients having 300+ locations.
Sales cycles: 6+ months.
Average deal size: €50K+.
No matter the scope, your role involves engaging with multiple stakeholders: Marketing Directors, Traffic Managers, Field Teams — all with different needs and decision-making power.

Your RoleAs a Senior Account Executive for Iberia, you'll play a key role in accelerating our growth by closing high-impact deals, delivering real value to local businesses, and strengthening our brand presence in Portugal (70%) and Spain (30%)Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges of each business and demonstrate how Partoo's solutions solve real problemsEnd-to-End Sales Ownership: From discovery to demo to closing — you'll own the full sales cycleStrategic Prospecting: You'll work in partnership with SDRs to target high-potential accounts across Spain and PortugalMulti-Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with CMOs, Heads of E-Commerce, and Retail/Field Ops teams to drive decisionsCollaboration: Partner with CSM, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growthSales Discipline: Use tools like Salesforce, MEDDIC, and custom playbooks to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately Your Profile6+ years in SaaS sales, ideally in a consultative or complex selling environmentNative in Portuguese, with professional fluency in English and SpanishStrong closing skills and experience selling to multi-site businesses or large accountsProspection skillsAnalytical, structured, and process-driven — with a good command of CRM (Salesforce)Comfortable selling across stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, C-Level) and building long-term trustEager to be part of an international and growing teamRecruitment ProcessInterview with Chiara, International Talent Acquisition Manager (In English)Meeting with Raquel, your future manager (in English or Spanish)At home case study + debrief with Raquel (in English or Spanish)Interview with Vincent, CSO (In English)Last 30 mins with one of our co-founder (in English)Some Other PerksParticipation in the creation of innovative products in a scale-up companyHealth insurance (Alan)Gym card (Urban Sports Club)Ticket-restaurant (UpSpain)Dynamic team located in Paris & BarcelonaVarious activities (sports, apero time, seminars...)À compétences égales, ce poste est ouvert aux travailleurs et travailleuses en situation de handicap ou assimilés au sens de l'article L******* du Code du travail.
