This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned, bilingual (Spanish and English) General Manager who thrives in high-end, experiential environments and enjoys leading dynamic teams in remote destinations.

The RoleThe General Manager will oversee all daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient team performance, and maintaining high service standards throughout the year. They will lead a team of 25–40 staff, managing various departments and driving operational efficiency and team development.
Candidate Requirements
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Proven experience in hotel or resort leadership, preferably in remote or international settings
Hands-on management style, involved in all aspects of daily operations
Strong leadership and team development skills, capable of motivating a diverse team
Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high standards year-round
Willingness to relocate and adapt to a remote, immersive resort environment
