Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable deal closures.
Understand partner market and competition, and evaluate reseller interest.
Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certifications in BU products.
Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and programs effectively.
Collaborate with partners to drive revenue through campaigns, opportunity identification, closure, and other methods.
Identify and transparently communicate qualified opportunities, and support partners in closing significant deals when necessary.
Work closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
Monitor execution of partner marketing plans, investments, co-marketing activities, and ROI.
Attend country partner events to engage with key partners.
Your Qualifications
* C2 Finnish skills + very good English skills (B2-C1).
* Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
* Familiarity with channel programs.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (verbal & written).
* Goal-oriented with strong teamwork, motivation, and time management skills.
* Demonstrates innovation, good judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to plan and execute strategies to achieve objectives using appropriate methods.
