As Platform Manager for Marketing CDP, you will own the solution roadmap, governance, and release management, ensuring secure data flows across internal systems and marketing platforms. You’ll partner with stakeholders to validate requirements, drive adoption through training, and oversee data enablement projects from concept to deployment. The role blends data engineering with marketing activation, influencing lifecycle campaigns, personalization, and attribution. You will work with global teams in a hybrid Barcelona setting, shaping scalable marketing data solutions.

• Shape the data and analytics architecture for marketing initiatives, focusing on pipelines and infrastructure
• Manage integrations between internal systems and external marketing platforms to ensure secure data flows
• Monitor and resolve technical issues impacting marketing operations and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders on lifecycle campaigns, attribution, and personalization
• Own delivery of data enablement projects (e.g., Intent Models, Web Groups, Buying Journeys) from concept to deployment
• Manage vendor relationships and technical partnerships
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Marketing Activation or Operations
• Experience with data providers (Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel)
• Hands-on 5+ years in Sales/MarTech Stack development (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Adobe AEM/Analytics, Oracle Eloqua) preferred xpzdshu
• High proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
