We’re looking for a Stibo STEP Developer to join a global team building a scalable Master Data Management (MDM) platform that powers innovation, compliance, and growth across the agricultural value chain.
Design, develop, and customize STEP modules: workflows, business rules (JavaScript), WebUI, attributes, and reporting.
Ensure performance, maintainability, and alignment with PIM/MDM best practices.
Collaborate in Agile environments using Azure DevOps.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
Strong JavaScript skills for business rule development.
~ Fluent English (C1 level).
Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD, documentation, pipelines).
German language skills.
