Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Granja de Rocamora, Alicante, Spain.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Daily tasks include setting sales targets, coordinating with the marketing team, and presenting sales reports to management.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will be required to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position Alba Padel Sports SL in the market.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Experience in team management and leadership
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the sports or construction industry is a plus
