AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate programme in Spain - DISCOVER I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.
The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
- Establish the necessary requirements for Machines and Technical Systems.
- Define technical contents of the Machines and Technical Systems CapEx file
- Support to the procurement process in relation to all technical aspects
- Planning, steering and monitoring of the projects approval, commitment, cash flow and internal engineering cost by periodical reviews with the Machine project leader and functional leaders
- Follow up and document all contractual milestones:
- KOM: Kick of Meeting
- PDR: Preliminary Design Review
- CDR: Critical Design Review
- CISS: Conformity Inspection at Supplier Site
- CIPS: Conformity Inspection at Purchaser Site
- R&R; : Run @ Rate
- FA: final Aceptance
- Follow FU.IN.03.03 (Specify and Qualify Machines and Systems) standard.
- Technologies: Laying, machining, trimming, curing…
- Tools to be used: Google workspace, Autocad, Catia,...

- Master Degree in Engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical )
- English: Negotiation level
