From Agap2 we are looking for a Product Owner to support a large-scale digital transformation programme in the aviation sector, working on complex initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and digital capabilities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and prioritise the team backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with product vision.
* Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria and BDD.
* Maximise product value by guiding teams toward outcomes that support strategic objectives.
* Ensure deliverables meet Definition of Done and user expectations.
* Actively prepare and participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and roadmap sessions.
* Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
* Participate in demos, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
* Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, data, and business areas.
* Support technical planning (enablers) with architects and engineering leads.
* Analyse complex processes to identify areas for simplification, optimisation, and reusability.
* Act as a driver of change in environments with high ambiguity.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/SAFe organisations.
* Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination.
* Background in digital delivery and collaboration with technical teams.
* Experience working with epics, MVPs, user stories, and full product documentation.
* Ability to balance Agile ways of working with initiatives that may involve waterfall elements.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
