The Global Service Desk is responsible for ensuring that regional Service Desks in each country receive appropriate assistance for escalated tickets, ultimately ensuring that end users receive quick and professional IT service.
The candidate's location will preferably be in Málaga or Sevilla, but we are open to considering other locations within Spain.
Principal Tasks
* Attention to IT users through telephone, mail, and web channels
* Resolution of incidents and user requests
* Collaboration on problems and changes
* Using ITSM tools for registration, prioritization, resolution, and escalation of tickets following ITIL processes
The candidate will work from one of the following locations: Galicia, Cantabria, Asturias, Castilla León, Castilla La Mancha, Andalucía, Extremadura, Comunidad Valenciana, or Murcia.
Requirements
* Required qualification: Technical degree in IT (ASIR, DAW, DAI, etc.) or similar
* Languages required: Spanish and English (both required)
* Customer service skills
* Capacity for teamwork
Valued Skills
* Knowledge of ITSM tools, Active Directory, O365, remote connection tools with user stations
