Created in 1987, Europerfil manufactures profiles, sandwich panels, and innovative constructive solutions for metal cladding across all building types. As a specialist in metal cladding, Europerfil develops and produces a wide range of products that form the building's skin. This includes constructive profiles for roofs, facades, composite floors, architectural facade profiles; polyurethane and polyisocyanate sandwich panels for roofs and facades, refrigeration and acoustic panels, architectural facade panels; along with a variety of accessories, color options, and coatings tailored to each project, environment, and surroundings.
Europerfil operates in all sectors, continuously innovating to offer diverse products, accessories, and construction solutions for non-residential (industrial buildings, schools, social and cultural centers, refrigeration facilities, health centers, transport buildings, and service stations) and residential buildings.
To strengthen our finance team and develop our succession pipeline, we are seeking a Controller who will report directly to the CFO of Europerfil. The position is based in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona).

Key Accountabilities
1. Contribute to financial reporting for Europerfil, focusing on quality and deadlines as per group requirements.
2. Maintain solid financial monitoring and performance management of sales, invoicing, down payments, and overdue accounts.
3. Collaborate within the Controlling Network to advise and guide other teams, analyze issues, challenge KPIs from an economic perspective, and suggest business improvements to enhance profitability and cost-effectiveness while minimizing working capital.
4. Enhance internal controls, oversee their implementation, and monitor compliance.
5. Report on costs and analyze sales and margins.
6. Work closely with shared service functions, focusing on accounting, tax, and credit management during monthly and annual closing processes.
7. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes with local management. Ensure timely reporting of statistical data to government agencies, including Intrastat, covering investments, production, sales, exports, and imports.
8. Possess a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Applied Economics from a Business School.
Experience & Knowledge Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years recognized experience in accounting or controlling roles.
2. Proven leadership capabilities and experience in leading teams.
3. Ability to work with both detailed data and a broad overview to identify key performance indicators and recommend actions.
4. Results-oriented mindset, aiming to optimize time and deliver maximum business value by reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
5. Strong teamwork skills.
6. Knowledge of BPM and SAP is highly advantageous.
