We are looking for a forward-thinking and highly motivated professional to join the Farmasi Global Marketing Team, supporting the Skin Care category.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand building, innovation and performance-driven marketing, who wants to grow within a dynamic and international environment.
Support the Global Brand Manager in defining and executing the global marketing strategy for the Skin Care category, ensuring alignment with brand vision and long-term roadmap
Monitor category performance, analyze KPIs and identify risks and opportunities
Provide clear commercial guidelines to local markets regarding pricing, promotions and assortment
Support budget management, tracking investments and ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Prepare reports and presentations for global and local stakeholders
Gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, innovation development and activation planning
Grow within a fast-paced global organization
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics or related field
~2–4 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within FMCG and/or Skin Care categories
~ Strong interest in brand building, innovation and creative communication
~ Solid analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
~ High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Canva
~ Fluent English required
