At ERBACHER the food family, we believe in a good tomorrow… and we create it. /pp We are looking for people who want to create a good tomorrow together with us. /p pb Responsibilities /b /p p Technical Support Product Expertise /pulli Provide technical support to the international sales team, with a primary focus on dairy cattle and small ruminants. /lili Support strategic customer accounts worldwide with nutritional and technical expertise. /lili Develop, update, and maintain technical product presentations using the latest scientific research and market insights. /lili Deliver practical, science-based recommendations to customers, dealers, and business partners. /lili Support the implementation and development of ration formulation and feed analysis tools. /li /ul p Product Management Go-to-Market Activities /pulli Support the launch and deployment of new products and nutritional concepts in international markets. /lili Organize and deliver technical seminars, workshops, and customer events. /lili Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and new employees. /lili Establish and monitor reference farms in selected countries to demonstrate product performance and generate field data. /lili Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical success stories, case studies, and customer testimoniala. /li /ul p Technical Communication /pulli Prepare technical articles and educational content for magazines, newsletters, customer communications, and digital channels. /lili Cover topics related to calf rearing, dairy cow management, silage inoculants, feed efficiency, and nutritional strategies connected to the company portfolio. /li /ul p Sales Business Development /pulli Design, maintain, and execute sales strategies for assigned countries and key accounts. /lili Drive business expansion and revenue growth, consistently achieving sales targets aligned with annual budgets. /lili Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in international markets. /lili Travel internationally to develop existing accounts and expand the customer network. /li /ul p Commercial Support Customer Relationships /pulli Support and coach local sales representatives and distributors to maximize commercial performance. /lili Engage directly with farmers and customers through a combined technical and commercial approach, building trust and long-term partnerships. /lili Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful market development. /lili Communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /p ulli Degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related field. /lili Strong technical knowledge of dairy cow nutrition and farm management practices. /lili Commercial mindset with the ability to support business development and customer growth. /lili Experience in technical sales, product management, business development, or field nutrition. /lili Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. /lili Ability to work independently in an international environment. /lili Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (50%). /lili Fluent English required; additional languages are considered an advantage. /li /ul pb Our offer /b /p p We focus on people, support the growth of talents, and create an environment where everyone can engage, bring in new ideas, and work in a spirit of collaboration. /p pb So, what exactly can you expect with us? /b /pulli A non-corporate atmosphere /lili Holiday and Christmas bonus /lili Flexible work arrangements (remote + business travels - around 50% of time) /lili Attractive discounts on products (dry dog and cat food) /lili Free foreign language learning /li /ul pb In addition we offer: /b /pulli Work (and team-building!) in an international environment, alongside experts from different countries, including Poland, Germany,Tanzania and Ukraine. /lili Continuous professional and personal development through dedicated training sessions and development programs. /lili An inspiring and supportive atmosphere, as well as friendly working conditions with access to modern tools and technologies that foster both growth and efficiency. /li /ul pb Sound interesting?
