When it becomes operational in 2026, the plant will manufacture Edwards' surgical and transcatheter heart valve replacement technologies and will join a global network of more than 16,000 talented team members and five other production plants. Our new facility in Moncada will welcome up to 1,500 dedicated team members by 2029 across manufacturing, engineering, and several other professional career paths. Hiring for professional positions has started and will continue through the winter and early spring, with specialized training for manufacturing hires beginning in the fall of 2025.
How you will make an Impact:
Support the company business needs within HR competencies in order to support reaching the company business and employment goals.
Perform front line HR duties for assigned country including performing complex investigation, handling non-routine employee issues, performing complex compensation analysis, interpreting and advising management
Assess HR issues that require considerable judgment and risk management where EW policies and practices do not exist
Prepare talent development review (TDR) materials, facilitate TDR meetings, and train new managers on process
Design and administer more complex proactive programs, procedures and plans as it relates to driving employee engagement and employee relations, change management, talent development
Recruitment cycle – interviews and selection of candidates, cooperation with agencies, job posting, use of recruitment system Taleo, cooperation and support to hiring managers on job offers, interview logistics
On boarding and orientation process for new employees
Preparation of payroll documentation, communication with external payroll provider
Administration and implementation of internal policies in compliance with corporate requirements and legal/social/economic restrictions of the country
Data Management – proper use of all HR systems, ensure compliance, maintain data up-to-date
Keep up to date with market situation and regularly monitor development of local labour market
Investigate complex employee complaints in partnership with the legal department and recommend solutions to resolve complaint
Lead special projects (e.G. RIF,acquisition and divestitures, litigation support, process improvement projects)
Provide coaching and guidance to lower level HR specialist/reps

What you will need (Required)HR Diploma with 4 years Human Resources experience, including employee relations, or
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with 4 years Human Resources experience, including employee relations
