We are looking for a digital-native problem solver who loves turning manual workflows into elegant, automated processes. In this role, you’ll work directly with the CFO and collaborate across teams to drive automation, boost productivity, and implement AI-enabled tools that help us scale smarter and faster.
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You're excited by the potential of AI, no-code / low-code platforms, and automation tools to reimagine how work gets done. You're not confined to a single domain — you're as comfortable optimizing a finance process as you are streamlining a reporting workflow in sales or HR.
Responsibilities Identify bottlenecks and manual workflows across departments (finance, operations, sales, etc.) and design smart, scalable automation solutions.
Implement and manage no-code / low-code tools (e.g. Make / Integromat, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Retool) to reduce repetitive work.
Evaluate and deploy AI-enabled tools (e.g. for forecasting, OCR, document parsing, summarization, or insight generation).
Support automation and digitization of key finance workflows (e.g. invoicing, approvals, reporting).
Build internal tools and dashboards (in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Notion) to make business insights accessible and actionable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, prioritize automation efforts, and manage implementation timelines.
Document new processes, create internal guides, and train teams on using new tools and workflows.
Keep a pulse on emerging technologies and continuously propose opportunities to increase productivity using modern tech.
What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, analytical, or interdisciplinary field such as:
Business / Operations with proven tech exposure.
2–5 years of experience in roles like automation engineering, business process design, operations, or digital transformation.
Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Make / Integromat, Retool, Airtable, Notion).
Basic knowledge of Python or scripting languages, or a strong willingness to learn.
Exposure to AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, document AI, or predictive analytics) and excitement to use them productively.
Familiarity with ERP systems, CRMs, or other business tools (Odoo experience is a plus, not a must).
Ability to map and design business processes with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
Strong communication and documentation skills — you can explain complex workflows clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A builder mindset: you get things done, test quickly, iterate fast, and enjoy continuous improvement.
