Our client is a leading manufacturer in China specializing in lithium-ion battery research, development and production.
Position: Regional Country Manager
Work Location: Spain (working from home based in Spain)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales targets for the country where located and lead the local team to achieve market share and brand development goals;
2. Develop key customers in target industries and meet sales performance objectives;
3. Establish long-term relationships with power plants, grid operators, power companies, IPP & EPC, C&I and household energy storage customers through strategic projects;
4. Manage order acquisition, gross profit margin, order delivery, payment collection and after-sales service commitments from lead to cash;
5. Negotiate with customer decision-makers and manage customer relationships and financial risks;
6. Analyze local policies, competition information, market trends and government regulations to inform headquarters' market strategy and sales decisions;
7. Promote brand activities at industry exhibitions and summits;
8. Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications, Competencies and Behaviors:
1. Demonstrated leadership experience in power companies, grid operators or power plants with over 10 years of work experience in Spain;
2. Bachelor's degree or higher with expertise in sales business development and subsidiary management;
3. Abundant network of utility-scale, industrial, commercial and household energy storage customers;
4. Fluent in Spanish with strong communication skills and proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5. Experience in international B2B transactions and trade knowledge;
6. Excellent organizational skills, teamwork spirit, honesty, responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
