About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. This is a key position that will help shape how our brand is communicated and experienced across different markets and audiences.
The role has a strong focus on offline marketing, leading initiatives such as press relations, event presence, and coordination of campaigns through traditional channels. At the same time, it will play an active role in supporting digital marketing and content efforts, helping ensure brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
This is a hands-on position that combines strategic thinking with daily execution, working closely with the Sales, Product, and Communications teams. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to a growing brand in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and support customer acquisition and retention.
* Lead our presence in key events and conferences, from vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
* Build and manage strong relationships with media partners, including the selection of key general and specialized outlets.
* Oversee coordination with our PR agency to draft, approve, and launch impactful press releases.
* Monitor campaign performance and offline marketing KPIs to optimize initiatives and track ROI.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure offline efforts complement digital, product, and commercial strategies.
* Stay current on industry trends and identify innovative ways to engage our target audience through offline channels.
* Plan and manage budgets for offline activities, ensuring efficiency and impact.
* Ensure excellent stakeholder management during campaigns and events, including communication with clients, vendors, and key partners.
* Actively contribute to the digital and brand strategy, including support in content creation, website management, social media, and marketing automation tools.
* Be ready to jump in wherever needed. This role will involve supporting a broad range of initiatives within the Marketing department, from brand campaigns and product launches to internal communications and asset coordination. Flexibility and a hands-on approach are essential.
Required competencies:
* 2–5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with a mix of offline and digital responsibilities.
* Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Spanish.
* Experience coordinating events, managing agencies, and working with media outlets.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance across channels.
* Familiarity with digital tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media is a plus.
* Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong stakeholder management skills.
* Creative thinking and attention to detail.
