Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Engineer responsible for managing industrial projects and supervising work until final reception at the customer's site. Collaborating with the commercial team, you will ensure the success of assigned projects, provide technical assistance for services such as commercial energy efficiency, product development, and manage complex offers to support the sales team. You will report directly to the direct channel sales manager.
Responsibilities
* Analyze project specifications and requirements with the commercial team.
* Develop solutions that minimize costs and simplify manufacturing without compromising technical standards.
* Support sales in drafting project proposals.
* Design and verify assembly, installation drawings, and diagrams (CAD).
* Create bills of materials and manage associated documentation.
* Coordinate with product managers on technical and documentary aspects of projects.
* Consult with suppliers and subcontractors for job execution.
* Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Organize follow-up meetings with subcontractors.
* Develop project schedules collaboratively with subcontractors and manufacturing units.
* Attend customer site meetings with involved parties.
* Manage technical documentation related to customer orders and internal developments.
* Ensure project deadlines, costs, and margins are met.
Basic Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Fluent in English, both technical and conversational.
* Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics, procurement, and related services.
* Proficient in CAD/CAE tools (2D and 3D) and MS Office, MS Project.
* Ability to manage projects according to client specifications.
* Commitment to industrial safety and regulatory compliance.
* Experience supporting sales and execution processes.
* Strong analytical skills considering quality, cost, and deadlines.
* Ability to identify constraints and develop sketches/models using design software.
* Adherence to quality standards, organization, and attention to detail.
* Sales orientation and results-driven mindset.
* Adaptability, teamwork, independent work capability, and efficient time management.
* Proactive in decision-making and handling complexity and change.
