We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Investment & Sales Manager with a strong understanding of deal structuring, fundraising, and outbound sales.
Responsibilities
* Proactively source and onboard clients
* Assess developers and their projects to determine if they are a fit for fundraising
* Quickly analyze real estate projects (~20 minutes) for capital-raising suitability
* Manage clients end-to-end: onboarding, contracts, fundraising, and success fee collection
* Maintain a clean, well-structured CRM
Requirements
* Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required.
* Strong understanding of investment concepts (equity, debt, LTV, IRR, ROI)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language
* Comfortable with CRM systems and modern digital tools (including GPT/AI)
* Strong social skills and relationship-driven mindset
* Fast learner, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
