Your responsibilities : Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues. Collaborate with Regional HR leaders. Draft employment contracts and offer letters. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee information in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct employment verifications and ensure compliance with data privacy laws. Generate monthly HR reports. Manage physical and digital personnel files. Support various HR programs and processes. Facilitate training sessions as needed. Support recruitment efforts in coordination with Regional HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

As part of an international team, you will be based in Madrid (Spain), Obernburg (Germany), or Diest (Belgium), with the possibility of working remotely up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications & Technical Competencies :

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
* Level C2 in German and proficiency in English are required; knowledge of French, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus.
* Knowledge of German and/or Belgian labor law.
* Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a plus).
* Knowledge of local benefit programs and experience in employee relations and labor law in Germany and/or Belgium.
* Experience supporting HR functions across different business lines.
