We are seeking a Quality Auditor proficient in both English and Turkish, with the ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses. The candidate should have experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

The role involves auditing program-level defects, analyzing and reporting on defect data and trends, and driving projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include collating quality data, providing updates to leadership, and engaging with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and evaluate transaction facts, identify process deviations through audits.
* Use sampling methodologies for investigation audits.
* Identify new fraud patterns, analyze process adherence, and communicate trends and solutions.
* Provide training needs analysis and support knowledge gap addressing.
* Engage in calibration efforts across sites.
* Contribute to SOP, process, and tool improvements.
* Drive automation projects to reduce manual efforts.
* Develop strategic policies to simplify processes.
* Produce regular defect trend and root cause analysis reports.
* Proactively identify and communicate process gaps or defects.
* Take ownership of personal development and coordinate with Learning & Development teams.
About the Team:
The Audit and Insight team audits Seller registration, verification, and compliance checks across marketplaces, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
