* Identifying real needs
(OHS / Safety / Operations) and translating them into solutions.
* Managing orders, incidents, and inquiries
with a "let's get it solved" mindset.
* Executing consultative sales
(cross-selling / up-selling) with professional criteria.
* Collaborating across teams
(Sales, Logistics, Product, Systems) to make our eCommerce better every single week.
You'll fit right in if:
* You are driven by

and love learning fast.
* You are a

who doesn't wait for things to be perfect to take initiative.
* You are comfortable with
data, digital tools, and processes

* English level B2-C1
(essential for growth and career path within the company).
