Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Barcelona office, working in close relation with customers and our engineering teams across different sites, to support in selecting and developing the best possible solutions - ranging from impellers to fully customized fan systems - while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and directives currently in place.
Your ResponsibilitiesManage projects from initial concept to final fan solutionSupport customer applications with technical calculations and solution designCollaborate with engineering teams on product selection and design to ensure accurate and optimized solutionsProvide technical support and recommendations to customers, including their engineering teams, during customer interactionsPrepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for customersConduct product comparisons and benchmark analyses, including competitor evaluationSupport compliance activities, including ErP 2026 requirements
What You Will GainHands-on experience in HVAC, industrial airflow solutions, and Off-Highway vehiclesExposure to international projects and cross-border collaborationInsight into both technical engineering and commercial decision-makingExperience with applications such as data center cooling and Off-Highway systems
EducationDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
SkillsSeniority level: minimum 2 years of experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetBasic knowledge of thermodynamics or fluid dynamics (preferred)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with CAD or technical tools is a plusFamiliarity with AI tools for analysis, documentation, or productivity is a plusGood communication and presentation skills
