Description
The primary responsibility is to work closely with product managers and manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and planning through development, launch, and continuous iteration.
1. Collaborate with Product Managers to define and refine product requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
2. Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Design, Engineering, QA, IT, Finance, and Customer Operations to deliver digital solutions.
3. Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on user feedback, market research, and emerging technology trends.
4. Conduct market research, customer co-design, experimentation, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
5. Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into structured IT requirements and prioritize enhancements.
6. Prepare product documentation, lead enablement efforts, and support training for internal teams.
7. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product adoption and positioning.
8. Own test strategy and coordinate cross-functional testing and business sign-off for digital solutions.
9. Track and manage project delivery timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
10. Recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and ease of use.
11. Serve as Level 3 support for eCommerce, managing defect backlogs and guiding support teams.
12. Leverage existing digital capabilities to inform solution design and ensure scalability.
13. Collaborate with internal and external IT partners to scope, plan, and execute projects effectively.
Qualifications
14. Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
15. Overall, at least 6-8 years of work experience. Minimum 2 years supporting Digital Product Management role.
16. 3 years of project and/or program management experience focusing on Agile methodology.
17. Proven experience in digital product analysis, product management, or business analysis.
18. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
19. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
20. Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear technical requirements.
21. Experience with digital platforms, eCommerce, and cross-functional project delivery.
22. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
23. Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and frameworks.
