To continue with our growth and development plan, we want to add a Key Account Manager to our team who combines sales skills with technical knowledge in technology to sell IT products or services (software, hardware, cloud solutions) to our customers.
Role Goals
Seek new customers and develop the target market.
Understand customer problems and propose appropriate technological solutions (hardware, software, cloud services).
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the products.
Manage the sales process until the deal is closed.
Maintain a good after-sales relationship and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineers and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Desired requirements
Technical profile with communication and leadership skills.
High level of Catalan, Spanish, and English.
Availability to start immediately.
