This hybrid role combines new business development and strategic account management responsibilities to drive growth across Superstruct Iberia’s portfolio — with a special focus on Sónar Festival, OFF Sónar, Brunch Electronik events and Festival, Hivernacle).You will identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships that strengthen our market position and deliver meaningful, measurable value for partners and festivals alike.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & SalesLead partnership growth for Sónar, Brunch Electronik (Centris), and other Iberia festivals by identifying and closing new commercial opportunities.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in line with Superstruct Iberia’s revenue goals, with a focus on both Catalonia and national markets.Build compelling narratives, decks, and sales materials for outreach to key sectors (telecom, finance, automotive, lifestyle, tech, etc.).Drive year-on-year revenue growth, client diversification, and brand synergy opportunities across multiple events.Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and ensure systematic tracking, forecasting, and reporting of partnership activity.2. Key Account ManagementAct as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.Manage end-to-end delivery of sponsorship activations — from contract negotiation to on-site execution.Manage renewal and upsell strategies, strengthening long-term client relationships.Collaborate with festival operations, production, marketing and creative teams to ensure flawless activation and integration of brand experiences.Supervise and optimize activation budgets, ensuring profitability and ROI.3. Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with the Superstruct teams across Iberia OPCOs (The Music Republic, Bring the Noise, Advanced Music, elrow, Centris, and Sharemusic!).Coordinate with Superstruct’s global network to leverage tools, data, insights, and best practices.Contribute to building a client-first, commercially driven culture while maintaining the creative and cultural integrity of our festivals.4. Post-Event & InsightsOversee delivery of post-event reports and evaluations, providing sponsors with data-driven insights and recommendations.Collaborate with the Superstruct Iberia Insights team to measure performance, ROI, and opportunities for improvement.5. Tools & ProcessesImplement and maintain efficient sales and account management workflows using Superstruct-approved tools (e.g., Salesforce, GWI, Nielsen).Anticipate risks and escalate red flags promptly to ensure delivery at the highest standards.Qualifications & Experience7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or key account management within the entertainment, music, media, or sports industries.Strong knowledge of the Catalonian and Spanish brand and agency landscape with an established network of contacts.Proven ability to drive commercial results through both new business and client retention.Strategic and creative thinker with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan a plus).Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Keynote, and CRM tools.Willingness to travel across festivals and events throughout the season.AttributesRelationship-builder: Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.Strategist: strategic thinking.
