We're seeking an experienced Senior ERP Data Migration Specialist to lead a high-impact data migration initiative from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA, with a particular emphasis on the SAP S/4HANA Retail module. This role is mission-critical for ensuring data integrity, minimal disruption to business operations, and successful transition to SAP's next-generation ERP system.If you have a strong track record of large-scale ERP migrations, especially involving SAP S/4HANA, and hands-on expertise with SAP's migration tools, this is an excellent opportunity to bring that experience to a strategically important project.
Lead the end-to-end data migration from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA, including planning, scoping, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional leads, and technical teams to understand legacy data structures and ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA Retail requirements.Utilize SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and Migration Object Modeler (LTMOM) for building and managing data migration objects.Design and document data migration strategies, timelines, data cleansing approaches, and cutover plans.Monitor and troubleshoot data migration issues, ensuring data quality, consistency, and auditability.Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams regarding best practices in SAP S/4HANA data migration.Support data validation activities including mock loads, dry runs, and go-live cutover execution.
5+ years of ERP data migration experience, with direct experience migrating from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred. If not direct, must have deep experience with other ERP-to-SAP S/4HANA migrations.~ Proven expertise with SAP S/4HANA Retail data structures and business processes.~ Direct experience with SAP Public Cloud.~ Strong hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and Legacy Transfer Migration Object Modeler (LTMOM) .~ Solid understanding of data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation processes.~ Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across functional and technical teams in a global environment.~ Strong documentation, QA, and problem-solving skills related to data migration.
Experience with large-scale global SAP implementations .Familiarity with NetSuite data structures and export methodologies.SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
