We are partnering with a forward-thinking, US-based company to find a seasoned Senior Product Manager for their gaming division (casual) in Barcelona.
In this role, you’ll oversee multiple product lines, guiding diverse teams to deliver engaging gaming experiences that resonate with players worldwide. A deep understanding of casual gaming genres (such as puzzles, word games, and card games) is essential. You’ll set the vision, coach product managers in roadmapping, and ensure all initiatives align with market trends and business objectives, all while staying data-driven.
Leading an international team of Product Managers, you’ll collaborate with development, QA, marketing, and business teams alike. Your goal: drive growth, boost user engagement, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Define & Lead: Craft the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the portfolio of casual mobile games, aligning with overarching business goals.
* Manage the Portfolio: Prioritise initiatives, allocate resources, and unify the user experience across different titles.
* Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decisions.
* Monitor Performance: Establish and track KPIs, continuously refining strategies to foster growth and engagement.
* Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and biz teams to ensure smooth execution and successful launches.
* Innovate & Experiment: Foster a culture of data-driven experimentation, using A/B testing and hypothesis-driven approaches to optimise gameplay and monetisation.
* Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate product strategies, roadmaps, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
* Risk Management: Spot potential challenges early and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
What We Expect
* Minimum of 3 years in mobile gaming, with a focus on casual genres like card, word, or block games, and experience with ad monetisation.
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps, with a talent for translating market insights into actionable plans.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data tools and methodologies that support portfolio-level decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across global teams.
