TecAlliance interconnects global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge from order to invoice. With over 900 colleagues working relentlessly in 140 countries, we are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF. We act as an information hub and process facilitator for them, ensuring standardized processes that help clients save costs (process and indirect costs) and time through efficient processes enabled by our software.
In this newly created role, you help accelerate the growth of TecDoc and TecRMI in Spain and Portugal. You’ll be part of a close-knit sub-regional team of five, working within a broader EMEA Commercial Europe South organization of 30+ colleagues.
Your tasks
* Identify and win new B2B customers in Spain and Portugal.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Grow and retain key accounts with a customer-first approach.
* Monitor market trends and share insights with internal teams.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver sales forecasts.
* Represent TecAlliance at industry events and client meetings.
* Achieve KPIs: pipeline growth, customer visits, and product mix sales.
Your profile
* B2B sales experience (automotive aftermarket, software, or data services preferred).
* Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of the Spanish & Portuguese aftermarket value chain and main actors, and digital solutions (TecDoc, RMI, DMS, etc.).
* CRM proficiency (Salesforce), strong negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset.
* Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region.
Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits
All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).

Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries, 80% is base salary and 20% is variable salary based on your sales goals.
