Senior Digital Customer Success Manager - S/4HANA Private Cloud - EMEA South

What you'll do:

As a Senior Digital Customer Success Manager - Specialist for S/4HANA Private Cloud, you will act as a trusted advisor, maximizing customer lifetime value by guiding customer executives and their lines of business. You will accelerate value delivery through rapid adoption and consumption of solutions.

The D-CSM Specialist ensures scalable, proactive engagement following a globally consistent framework. The customer experience blends human touch with data-driven interactions and self-service resources, fostering successful adoption and increased customer accountability throughout their transformation journey.

* Build executive relationships and earn trusted advisor status.
* Identify new opportunities for leveraging SAP solutions.
* Mitigate churn through a focus on Adoption & Consumption.
* Support sales in expansion and upsell efforts.
* Manage crises and de-escalate customer situations.
* Drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual licenses.

Your focus is on RISE with SAP, aiding organizations in transitioning to SAP Business Suite, particularly SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, to accelerate cloud adoption, optimize value, and maximize automation.

What you bring:

* Executive presence and relationship-building skills.
* Strong experience with S/4HANA PCE.
* Knowledge of business models, strategies, and processes.
* Ability to handle complex customer situations and discuss issues with executives.
* Experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models.
* Expert domain expertise.
* Risk mitigation skills.
* Knowledge of SAP solutions portfolio.
* SAP Business Suite certification.
* Technical understanding to address technical issues.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Experience in business software and SAAS/IAAS processes.
* Strong project management skills.
* Relationship-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic, Spanish, Turkish, or Italian are desirable.
