We are looking for an experienced Case Management / BPM Technical Architect to support a major Trade Finance Financial Crime (FinCrime) transformation program. The role focuses on the design and implementation of a decoupled case management solution, integrated with an existing Trade AI platform, to modernize and scale the financial crime operating model.
This is a fully remote position, working on a high‑impact, regulated program with strong visibility across technology and compliance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a case management solution within the Trade FinCrime ecosystem
- Define the end‑to‑end case lifecycle (case creation, investigation, escalation, resolution, audit)
- Decouple case management from existing tooling and ensure seamless integration with Trade AI
- Design and govern system integrations using APIs, microservices, and messaging patterns
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust technical architectures
- Ensure compliance, auditability, traceability, and data governance
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and operations teams across multiple geographies
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience implementing or designing case management or BPM platforms
- Solid background in system architecture and integrations (APIs, microservices, messaging)
- Experience working in regulated environments, preferably Financial Crime, AML, or Trade Finance
- Ability to operate in a technical‑functional role, close to business and compliance stakeholders
- Experience defining workflows, roles, controls, and integration xpzdshu models
Nice to Have
- Hands‑on experience with BPM / Case Management tools such as Pega, Appian, Camunda, IBM BPM, Flowable
- Knowledge of Trade Finance processes
- Experience working in large, complex banking environments
