This role requires an ability to build a movement, not just content. You will have the freedom to propose bold, unconventional concepts and the resources to bring them to life immediately.
We need a strategist like you who will bridge the gap between David Larocheâs personal influence and Paradoxâs institutional power. As a Brand Architect and Creative Disruptor, you will design dualâstrategy, touring a broad spectrum of formats, and take decisive actions from script to final cut.
You will be based remotely or in our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency are required.

Your Mission đ
Transform a 'Personal Brand' into a 'TopâTier Media'. Lead the Content Factory not by administrative management, but by creative authority. Your goal is to produce content that is so good, unique, and aligned with our values that it makes our competitors look outdated.
Your 4 Major Responsibilities
* Architect the DualâBrand strategy, ensuring David Larocheâs personal brand and Paradoxâs company brand reinforce each other without cannibalization.
* Propose radical new formatsâdocumentaries, reality shows, conceptual shortsâshattering the boring codes of the SelfâHelp industry.
* Define distinct editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authencity for LinkedIn.
* Radical Concepting & EndâtoâEnd Delivery: write hooks, storyboard narratives, secure talent, orchestrate production, and ensure final outputs match vision.
* Command the Content Factory: lead the internal team, set tempo and culture, provide artistic direction, uphold Paradox Standard, and elevate quality.
* Fuel the Growth Engine: collaborate with Head of Growth on adâready assets, analyze metrics, iterate aggressively.

Experience
* Proven Content Builder: successfully grew a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to scale (100k+ followers or millions of views). Understand virality and retention.
* Editorial Leadership: managed a creative team, provide feedback that elevates videos to masterpieces.
* Elite Scripting Skills: past scripts that performed â structure narrative, hook, and engagement for 20+ minutes.
* Performance Fluency: worked in environments where content drove business results, not vanity metrics.
Personality
* Intolerant to mediocrity: passion for spotting poor design or weak headlines; fight for details.
* Psychology obsessed: constantly ask why people click, share, or feel.
* A âDoerâ: command respect by competence; script, direct, edit if needed.
* No ego, just impact: accept failures, analyze data, pivot, ship new concepts relentlessly.
Language
French: Native / Bilingual
English: Fluent; able to hold technical conversations.
